You can pay online through our secure PayPal interface.
Is paying online safe?
Yes. All payments are taken through a secure PayPal gateway. View PayPals privacy policy
Do I need a paypal account to pay?
No you dont need a PayPal account to place an order. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards and PayPal account transactions.
What do you do with my personal information?
Your data is collected so that we can gather the relevant details to post your orders. We will not pass your information on to any other source.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order 1 item or as many as you like.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not however we would first ask that you contact us with the reason, so that we can make sure the same problem doesn’t occur again. If you then return the items to us in perfect condition within 14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money excluding Postage Costs.
Does the jewellery come boxed?
Yes. Each item comes individually boxed.
Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes. We are happy to take orders from other countries. Please contact us with your request before placing an order and we will be happy to advise you on postage costs. contact us
